| TERMINATION |

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate the agreement at any time by destroying all materials and related documentation obtained from all Caring Coffee, LLC sites. Caring Coffee, LLC may terminate the agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all Materials.

| MISCELLANEOUS |

These Terms and Conditions, and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. Caring Coffee, LLC may modify these Terms and Conditions, and the agreement they create, at any time simply by updating this posting and without notice to you.
